About this service
About our Private Rooms
Recovering well depends on rest, privacy and the reassurance of having family nearby. Our private rooms at Trustmed Hospital are designed to give patients a calm, comfortable space away from the noise of a shared ward, while keeping the same level of medical care and nursing attention.
Each private room has a dedicated attendant bed, so a family member can stay with the patient throughout the admission. Amenities such as a television and free Wi-Fi help make long stays more comfortable, and meals are planned by our dietary team to suit the patient's condition.
We offer different room categories, including general wards, twin-sharing rooms and fully equipped private rooms, so that patients and families can choose what suits their needs and their insurance eligibility. Our insurance desk will help you understand which category your policy covers.

Practical information
Information for patients and families
- General visiting hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. One attendant may stay with the patient, subject to the ward rules.
- Please carry ID, the insurance card, previous reports, medicines and a few personal items. Avoid bringing valuables.
- Tell the nursing staff about food preferences, allergies and religious or cultural needs.
- Do not give outside food or medicines to the patient without asking the doctor or nurse.
- Keep noise low, and use the nurse call button for any help the patient needs.
- Ask the admission desk about room charges and what your insurance covers before choosing a category.
Insurance and cashless treatment
Many policies set a limit on daily room rent, and choosing a room above that limit can reduce the amount payable for other charges proportionately. Our insurance desk will tell you your eligible room category before admission, so you can choose with full information.
