Our general ward visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. However, ICU visiting hours are strictly restricted to 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM to ensure maximum rest for critical patients.
While we accept walk-in patients for emergencies and general physician consultations, we highly recommend booking an appointment for specialized doctors (like Neurosurgery, Orthopedics) to minimize your waiting time.

Billing & Insurance

Yes, Trustmed Hospital is empaneled with all major health insurance providers and TPAs. Our dedicated Insurance Desk will guide you through the cashless pre-authorization process.
We accept all major payment methods including Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Net Banking.
We work with all major health insurers and TPAs. Because networks change, please check the Insurance page or ask our Insurance Desk to confirm that your insurer and policy are accepted before a planned admission.
For planned admissions our Insurance Desk submits a pre-authorisation request to your insurer or TPA, usually 48 to 72 hours before admission. Once approved, the insurer pays the covered amount directly to the hospital, and you pay only items your policy does not cover. In emergencies, treatment starts immediately and the request follows.
Please keep your insurance card or e-card, policy number, a photo ID, the doctor's admission advice and any previous reports ready. Our Insurance Desk will tell you if anything else is needed.
You can still be treated. The Insurance Desk can resubmit with additional documents, or you can pay and claim reimbursement from your insurer later. Treatment is never delayed for an insurance decision in an emergency.
Yes. For planned procedures, you can ask for a written estimate that explains the expected room, procedure and medicine charges, so that you know what to expect. The final bill can change if the treatment plan changes.
This depends on your policy. Common examples are non-payable consumables, co-payments, amounts above your room rent limit or sum insured, and conditions covered by waiting periods or exclusions. Our Insurance Desk can explain what applies to you.
Yes. We provide an itemised final bill, payment receipts and a discharge summary, which you will need for reimbursement claims and for pre and post hospitalisation expenses.
